If you book through Airbnb, Vrbo, or another platform, their cancellation policies will apply. We are not responsible for refunds processed through those services.
By booking a property, you agree to:
Respect house rules, occupancy limits, and quiet hours
Not host parties or events without prior written approval
Not bring unauthorized guests onto the property
Cover the cost of any damage, theft, or excessive cleaning
Abide by all posted pet and smoking policies (if applicable)
Failure to comply may result in eviction without refund and additional charges.
